1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before departure.
Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at confirmation.
Any bank transfer fees, intermediary bank charges, or transaction costs are the responsibility of the client. The amount received must match the invoiced tour price.
2. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing.
• 60+ days before departure → deposit non-refundable
• 30–59 days before departure → 50% of total tour cost
• 0–29 days / no-show → 100% of total tour cost
No refunds for unused services, late arrival, early departure, or voluntary withdrawal.
3. Cancellation by Mongolia Dream Vacations (Tour Operator)
If we cancel a tour due to minimum numbers not being met or for operational reasons, a full refund of payments received will be issued.
We are not responsible for flights, visas, insurance, or other personal expenses.
4. Refund Processing & Bank Fees
All refund-related bank transfer fees or intermediary charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. The client receives the net refund only.
5. Changes & Itinerary Flexibility
Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, group ability, or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Client-requested date changes are subject to availability and additional costs.
6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
Comprehensive travel insurance is required and must cover medical treatment, emergency evacuation, adventure activities, and trip cancellation.
Proof of insurance may be requested. Failure to provide valid insurance may result in denial of participation without refund.
7. Health, Fitness & Age Limits
Clients confirm they are physically and mentally fit for the tour and have disclosed all relevant medical conditions.
Minimum age requirements may apply. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
8. Equipment & Safety
Clients are responsible for suitable personal equipment.
For cycling and riding activities, helmets are mandatory and appropriate clothing must be worn.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal without refund.
9. Behavior & Conduct
Respectful behavior toward staff, fellow travelers, and local communities is required.
Unsafe behavior or alcohol abuse may result in immediate removal without refund.
10. Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
Outdoor and adventure travel involves inherent risks, including injury or death.
By participating, clients acknowledge they accept all risks, are fit for the tour, will follow safety rules, and will not pursue claims against Mongolia Dream Vacations LLC or its staff.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or transport disruptions. No refunds apply.
12. Liability Limitation
Mongolia Dream Vacations is not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays beyond reasonable control.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.
13. Photography & Marketing
Tour photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing before departure.
14. Governing Law
All tours operate under the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Mongolian jurisdiction.
