Booking procedure
Due to limited group sizes, all tours are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your place.

Step 1. Choose your tour and submit your inquiry or booking request.
Step 2. Read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Step 3. Download, complete, and email the Booking Form to us.
Step 4. We will send you an invoice with our bank details by email.
Step 5. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Once received, your place will be secured and confirmed by email.
Step 6. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 3 months before the tour starts. After full payment, you will receive a final confirmation email.
1. When you book a tour with Mongolia Dream Vacations, you agree on the Terms and Conditions. Please read this information carefully.
2. Please download and fill in the Booking form and send it back to us by email.
We send you an invoice with bank details by email. A 20 percent down payment of the balance is required to secure your spot.
Upon receipt of the deposit, your registration will be confirmed via email. The remaining 80 percent of the balance must be paid no later than 2 months before the tour begins. Once we have received the full payment, you will receive an email confirming your participation.
