Booking procedure

Due to the nature of these events, we can only accommodate a limited number of participants, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your place on the tour, we highly recommend registering and paying the down payment as early as possible.

1. When you book a tour with Mongolia Dream Vacations, you agree on the Terms and Conditions. Please read this information carefully.

2. Please download and fill in the Booking form and send it back to us by email.‍

We send you an invoice with bank details by email. A 20 percent down payment of the balance is required to secure your spot.
Upon receipt of the deposit, your registration will be confirmed via email. The remaining 80 percent of the balance must be paid no later than 2 months before the tour begins. Once we have received the full payment, you will receive an email confirming your participation.
